We open nominations through social media, industry publications, and direct outreach so that both self-nominations and peer recommendations can shine a light on those making a real difference.
Collecting the Data: Each nomination comes with its own set of numbers and narratives. We ask for key performance data—like revenue growth and market impact—but we also encourage you to tell us the story behind your success. Alongside these submissions, we do our homework by reviewing financial reports, press releases, and media coverage to ensure we have a full picture.
Initial Shortlisting: We carefully review the data and stories submitted. This stage is all about spotting the outliers—those whose performance either really stands out or seems to need a closer look. It’s our way of ensuring that we’re not just collecting numbers, but understanding the human effort behind them.
Digging Deeper Cross-Checking for Accuracy: To make sure our list is as fair and accurate as possible, we verify the facts using trusted third-party sources.
